Welcome to The Dancing Dolphin in Biloxi, MS. We are so happy that you’ve found this gorgeous 2 BR/2 BA beauty situated directly on the sugar white sands of Biloxi Beach, in Seabreeze Condominiums. If you’re looking for a beach vacation, why stay near the beach when you can stay ON the beach?

House Rules

Per our HOA agreement, the responsible booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and MUST be present during the stay. Pets are not allowed on the property per our HOA rules. Emotional support animals are also included in this rule and are not allowed. The city of Biloxi mandates that the maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people. Large gatherings and loud events are strictly prohibited out of respect for neighbors in the building. **Breaking any of these rules puts your stay at risk for immediate eviction with no refund.

Other Details to Note

We have a very strict policy of only allowing booking guests who are at least 25 years of age and are present for the duration of the stay. We also have a very strict no pet policy that is enforced by the HOA. This also includes emotional support animals. The maximum occupancy of the condo is 6 people at any given time. No parties are large gatherings permitted.

Absolutely perfect!!! We really enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and so relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrella are a very nice extra touch. Kenny provided great instructions for checking in and out and responded timely. We will definitely be back!

I can't say enough about how great this condo was. The rooms themselves were perfect. Spacious and homey, clean, and THE VIEW!!! The pool was right under our balcony, but there was no noise issue at all ever and the beach was right outside the master bedroom windows. Later in the year, I imagine it has an amazing view of the sun rise over the ocean! The beach was private as other than the condos, there was nothing else really around to have access. The Mexican restaurant across the street had some of the best chicken I've ever had! Kitchen was spacious and laundry was functional (hard to say much good about laundry other than it worked lol). Walmart was only a few minutes away for shopping for anything you forget. They provided 3 beach chairs and an umbrella (that came in handy) and all the other amenities that you would expect. Kenny was fantastic about communicating too. We absolutely loved staying here and we will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Absolutely stunning! The best views without even leaving the bed! Definitely will be staying again. This is my most favorite I’ve stayed in and there’s so much around to do. Highly recommend walking the boardwalk and catching the sunrise and sunsets!

My family and I really enjoyed our little getaway in this space. The hosts were very proactive in giving detailed instructions on where to park, where to enter, how to access gates, etc. The place was filled with all the necessities and then some! I love how they seemed to think of every little thing you might be in need of, down to sand castle building toys and beach chairs. The rental was ready 2 hours earlier than our original check in time and we were contacted and informed that we could check in early and we did! The place was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. My step daughter even said that the sofa bed was comfy. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

Perfect location, convenient to Biloxi and Gulfport restaurants and right on beach! Absolutely loved this place, squeaky clean and quiet, will definitely book my next stay here. Totally stocked, just bring your food and drink, grill was easy to access as well. Kenny was quick to respond to couple questions, great host!
