Step into a tastefully decorated, spacious home shaded by oak trees in the historic district. Two private bedrooms with queen beds and fold-out sofa provide a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. The common area features an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, and brand-new kitchen. The dining room seats four at the table and three at the kitchen counter. The smart TV is ready for you to stream from any platform of your choice. The kitchen is stocked with new appliances, plenty of cookware, and other supplies for making meals at home. A drip coffee maker with coffee is provided. Off the kitchen is a porch with an outdoor table and a gas grill which makes for relaxing, easy outdoor dinners. Don't want to cook? There are plenty of restaurants only steps away from the home. Need to get a little work done? There is fast wi-fi and a dedicated workspace. In the yard, you’ll find songbirds, turtles, and squirrels with lots of trees and flowering shrubs.

• Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Please keep your conversations and music inside during this time. • No smoking of any kind inside the house. • No parties allowed. The maximum capacity is 6 people. Please, no unregistered guests in the home. • No pets allowed. • The house is updated but the pipes are older. Please don’t flush anything but toilet paper. Keep drains free of food, paper towels, wipes (yes, even ‘flushable’ ones), and other debris. • The kitchen is well stocked, including with several cutting boards. Please do not cut directly on the countertops. • Please use the gray washcloths to makeup removal. Help us keep the white towels nice and bright! • There is adequate parking for 4 vehicles on the property. Please park in the gravel driveway and not in the yard. • No illegal activity on the premises. • Please refrain from eating or storing food in the bedrooms.

There is parking for four cars in the driveway. Ocean Springs nightlife can be vibrant. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided in each bedroom for light sleepers.
