Per our HOA agreement, the responsible booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and MUST be present during the stay.
Pets are not allowed on the property per our HOA rules. Emotional support animals are also included in this rule and are not allowed.
The City of Biloxi mandates that the maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.
Large gatherings and loud events are strictly prohibited out of respect for neighbors in the building.
**Breaking any of these rules puts your stay at risk for immediate eviction with no refund.

Host was very nice and quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend this rental. It was very clean, all ammenities worked properly, and the beach was a short walk from the parking garage without having to cross any roads. The property has 2 pools, was quiet, peaceful, and well kept.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! The unit is just off the elevator, making it very convenient to get in and out. Host's communication was excellent and the place was very clean. Within walking distance is Shaggy's - some of the best seafood you will ever eat! Can't say enough good things about our stay!
