Coastal Comfort is our updated and remodeled home. It has 3 bedrooms and room for 6 or 8 guests. We provide a PRIVATE hot tub for our guests. Many amenities are provided to help our guests save $ and lighten the packing: spices and pantry staples coffee and tea selection toilet paper paper towels garbage bags cleaning supplies dish soap laundry soap toiletries pack-n-play beach towels crock pot Bedrooms #1 is furnished with a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed and furnishings, while bedroom #3 has a writing desk and a day bed with a twin trundle, or simply use this room as an office with access to our screened porch & Hot Tub (fee required). Our cozy living room area is fully furnished including a leather sofa, convertible sofa and 50” flat screen smart ROKU tv with internet access. (NO CABLE TV) The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances you’d expect at home and the dining table seats 6 comfortably. The screened porch has multiple seating areas, a patio table for stories or games, gas grill and assorted chairs. This area overlooks our back yard that is shaded with mature trees and has several additional seating areas. A fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a double glider swing and hammock offer a variety of places to enjoy the outdoors. There are multiple spaces to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or cold beverages after a day of adventuring! We offer a traditional lock box with keys for our guests. If you desire the hot tub to be used during your stay please notify owners during your reservation. There is a $50 hot tub fee that is charged to accommodate the filling, heating and treatment of the hot tub. The hot tub will not be serviced/ready to go if you do not make prior arrangements. There are multiple outdoor cameras on our property, one for each exterior door, the driveway, storage shed and the backyard. Pets are welcome with payment of $100 pet fee and owner approval.

Home is professionally cleaned after each guest. Quarterly pest control is utilized to reduce the possibility of Mother Nature providing surprise visitors. NO REFUNDS are provided for mother natures guests! It is South Mississippi and our home is surrounded by Trees! The neighbor (Bubba) has a black lab that barks when new guests arrive if he’s outside. Bubba is a local and very helpful! Please excuse his mess, he is restoring his boat in the yard adjacent to our driveway. This is an established neighborhood with a mixture of older residents, short term rentals and young families. Please overlook our neighbors collection of boats! He loves to fish and can put you in contact with fresh seafood! If you desire the hot tub to be used during your stay please notify owners during your reservation.
