Therefore, we remind you that having a pet, including an emotional support animal, is strictly prohibited. Having pets onsite WILL result in immediate eviction with NO REFUNDS issued. -Out of respect for our neighbors, no parties or large gatherings are allowed. -Due to the strong potential for same day bookings, late departures are not permitted as our cleaners need time to prepare between guests. Checkout is 10:00 AM on your departure date. -This home is our personal vacation home, and we take pride in it. We expect you to take as much care of it as we do. But we do understand that accidents can happen. Should any issues arise resulting in damages to our property, you are expected to notify us IMMEDIATELY so that we can address the issues. ***FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE EXPECTATIONS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND ISSUED**
