House Rules

Per our HOA agreement, the responsible booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and MUST be present during the stay. Pets are not allowed on the property per our HOA rules. Emotional support animals are also included in this rule and are not allowed. The city of Biloxi mandates that the maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people. Large gatherings and loud events are strictly prohibited out of respect for neighbors in the building. **Breaking any of these rules puts your stay at risk for immediate eviction with no refund.

I recommend anyone going to Biloxi MS… please book this place it was absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed every minute of my vacation. Everything was absolutely beautiful I will definitely be back.

We would stay with Kenny again, it was 100% as described!!!!! Kenny answered all our questions and answered the phone as soon as we call him, to let us check in a few minutes early!!!!! This is where you want to stay in Biloxi!!! Thank you Kenny it was awesome!!!!
